In this role, you will lead the global Continuous Improvement Culture u0026amp; Capability pillar within the One OE System, driving Lean capabilities and coaching across the manufacturing network.

You’ll develop enterprise learning pathways and capability frameworks, enabling leaders and teams to shift from firefighting to structured problem solving.

You will spearhead large-scale cultural transformation and sustainable performance improvement, partnering with business leaders to embed coaching and continuous improvement behaviours.

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, CI, or manufacturing transformation
• Proven success leading large-scale Lean or culture transformation programmes across multiple sites/regions/countries
• Strong knowledge of Lean management systems, coaching, problem solving and performance improvement methodologies
• Experience developing capability frameworks, learning programmes and leadership development initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex matrix organisations
• Passion for developing people, building capability and cultural change
• Degree-related discipline in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or Organisational Development
• Lean/Six Sigma certification desirable
• Coaching, facilitation or leadership development certification advantageous
• TPM, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or equivalent OE system experience beneficial
