Experteer Overview
As Principal Engineer / Domain Architect in the Engage domain, you will steer multiple teams toward a cohesive, scalable platform powering customer conversations.

You will contribute hands-on to production code (Java and Type

Script) while guiding architecture and engineering decisions.

You’ll define the Engage domain’s target state and evolve it through practical patterns and guardrails.

The role emphasizes cross-team influence, operational excellence, and frontend architecture standards to reduce friction and raise engineering maturity.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role.

Script and prototype architectural solutions
• Define and maintain architecture direction for the Engage domain (current/state, target, evolution)
• Drive operational excellence: observability, reliability practices, Terraform-first infrastructure




• Define frontend architecture standards: micro-frontend boundaries, contracts, independent deployment
• Coach engineers to develop architectural thinking and decision-making
• Reduce cross-team friction by aligning technical decisions and representing Engage in architecture discussions

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of software engineering experience including principal, staff, or tech lead roles across multiple teams
• Hands-on coding in Java and Type

Script with production systems experience
• Deep understanding of distributed systems: event-driven architecture, APIs, service design
• Experience with cloud-native tech (AWS, Kubernetes) and modern infra practices (Terraform, CI/CD)
• Ability to influence without authority and guide teams with trust and clarity
• Strong written communication, architecture documentation, and decision records
• Fluent English
