As Software Procurement Specialist, you will optimize SaaS spend across McAfee's general applications portfolio.

You will partner with Technology Services to source vendors and drive cost-reduction programs, including renewals and license rationalization.

You’ll manage vendor relationships, negotiate 3rd party costs, and build a sustainable savings pipeline.

This hybrid Madrid role focuses on cloud-based business applications and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable value.

You will help shape our licensing strategy and apply data-driven insights to procurement decisions.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• SaaS business applications sourcing for Engineering, Product, and other departments
• Maintain the licenses renewal pipeline in collaboration with Technology Services
• Build relationships with application users to document use cases and needs
• Manage vendor relationships and conduct direct negotiations to optimize costs
• Research the applications market to benchmark best practices and suppliers
• Develop cost-reduction strategies with cross-functional partners
• Drive spend analysis and sponsorship for new savings opportunities




• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with Technology Services
• Create options analyses and financial scenarios for senior stakeholders
• Handle data on admin portals for new applications and challenge status quo

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years' experience with SaaS applications
• Deep knowledge of software licensing models (on-prem, hybrid, subscription, cloud)
• Partnership and relationship management with business units
• Experience in compliance and audit processes
• Strategic view of applications and contracts
• Strong reading comprehension for complex contracts
• Ability to work across cultures and with virtual teams
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
• Strong data analytics to derive actionable insights
• English proficiency; applications in English only
• Procurement/Supply Chain certification preferred (e.g., CPSM, CPP, CIPS, SPSM, CSCP)
• Technical degree or equivalent preferred
