Experteer Overview
In this entry-level role, you will be the first point of contact for users across multiple time zones, delivering initial functional support for business applications.

You will manage incidents and service requests through their lifecycle, document and prioritize work, and guide users on usage issues.

You’ll escalate complex problems to L2/L3 teams and collaborate with others to drive service improvements.

This role offers hands-on exposure to ITSM processes in a global, cross-functional environment, with a focus on customer-focused support and effective ticket handling.

Responsabilidades
• Vocational training (FP/Grado Superior) or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Previous experience or knowledge in Service Desk, Help Desk, Application Support or IT Support; junior profiles welcome
• Basic understanding of business applications, IT environments and incident/service request management
• Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing tools; Service

Now is a plus
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills; customer-service mindset
• Availability to work from Madrid or Barcelona in a hybrid model with multiple service shifts across time zones
