As we grow, we are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment and support employees across the organization. In this role, you will ensure Mitiga’s IT systems run smoothly, manage endpoints, provide technical support, support security initiatives, and help the business operate efficiently as we scale.
What You’ll Do
Administer and maintain company IT infrastructure, systems and endpoints.
Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions and access controls.




Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve IT incidents.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware and software provisioning.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvements.
Maintain and improve IT documentation, processes and procedures.
Support cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint security and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless IT experience across the company.
Manage software licenses, devices and IT assets.
Assist with network administration, troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance.
What We're Looking For
Experience in IT Systems Administration, IT Support or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience managing Windows, macOS and/or Linux environments.
Understanding of networking fundamentals, identity and access management, and endpointmanagement.
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
