This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with a key mandate to professionalize the organization, drive operational excellence, and lead the execution of the company's next stage of growth.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming the business into a scalable, process-driven organization, working closely with the CEO, the Board of Directors, the clinical leadership team, and key strategic partners.
Mission of the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's operational transformation, designing and implementing a scalable operating model capable of supporting sustainable growth.
This individual will play a key role in translating the company's strategic vision into clear execution plans by establishing robust governance structures, operational processes, performance management systems,



and reporting frameworks while preserving the agility and entrepreneurial mindset that define a fast-growing scale-up.
In addition, this role will act as the central point of coordination for the company's most strategic initiatives, aligning business, clinical and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and operational excellence.
