HBT Direct Sales is looking for a Senior Business Consultant (m/f/d), who is responsible for the sale of services and products for our business customers in the field of airport business/airfield. This person will ensure the achievement of an annual sales plan for the Airports Business, applying HBT sales strategies, processes and disciplines to capitalize on the resulting sales opportunities. This role acts as the point of contact for all sales, marketing, and customer concerns.

Responsibilities




- Acquisition of strategic new customers, maintenance, development and expansion of existing customer at the territory of Sothern Europe (Spain, Italy, France)..
- Achievement of annual sales orders according to plan.
- Support and advice for engineering offices in the development of technical concepts and specifications, liaison with vertical consultants and ANSPs, certification bodies.
- Development of individual solutions for airports.
- Strategic planning and monitoring of sales targets based on company specifications.
- Preparation of sales risk analysis in the quotation phase.
- Execution of contract negotiations up to the conclusion of the contract and systematic order tracking and handover to project management.

Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies or technical training in the field of automation, supply or electrical engineering with good knowledge of building automation
