To support this growth, we are recruiting a Country Senior HR Manager to lead the People function in Spain.
Le poste
Reporting to the Country Director and working closely with the European HR leadership, you will define and execute the HR strategy for Spain.
You will play a key role in supporting business performance by building high-performing teams, strengthening leadership capabilities and ensuring a strong and consistent employee experience across all locations.
This is a highly strategic yet hands-on position, requiring regular presence in stores and close interaction with operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Define and implement the People strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Drive a high-performance culture across all levels of the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Leadership Team.
Talent & Leadership Development
- Build and execute succession plans for key roles.
- Identify, develop and retain high-potential talent.
- Lead performance management and talent review processes.
- Deploy leadership development initiatives across the country.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labour law and internal policies.
- Manage complex employee relations topics.
- Maintain constructive relationships with employee representatives.
- Anticipate and mitigate HR and legal risks.
Recruitment & Expansion
- Lead recruitment strategy in a high-growth, multi-site environment.
- Support store openings and expansion projects.
- Optimize workforce planning and staffing levels.
