Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to develop innovative and differentiated solutions.
Mentor and develop technical talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Identify emerging technology trends and market opportunities to enhance Kyndryl's Hybrid Cloud offerings and client outcomes.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to IT teams on infrastructure‑related matters.
Qualifications

Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, Hybrid Cloud,



Infrastructure Transformation, or related technology leadership roles.
Strong background in designing and leading complex infrastructure, cloud, and modernization programs within large enterprise environments.
Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Experience leading client engagements, executive‑level discussions, strategic technology assessments, and transformation roadmaps.
Track record of supporting business growth through solution development, proposal leadership, pre‑sales activities, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with executives, business, and technical stakeholders.
