Job Description
- Drive Brand Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of branding strategies for assigned food brand, ensuring strong positioning, clear USPs, and cohesive visual identity.
- Own End-to-End Brand Projects: Take full ownership of product launches, re-positioning, and strategic projects (from planning to execution) ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, legal, etc.) and external partners (agencies) to align brand initiatives with business objectives.




- Analyze Performance & Optimize Growth: Monitor key KPIs (e.g., sales growth, volume, customer acquisition, conversion) and use insights to develop actionable plans for brand and business growth.
- Support Assortment & Pricing Decisions: Collaborate on defining product assortments and pricing strategies that align with overall brand goals and market needs.
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Maintain and analyze reports, drawing actionable insights to guide brand decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications
- University degree in economics preferably with a focus on business administration / marketing
- Relevant professional experience in brand/ product management in FMCG, retail or pet food (3-5 years)
- Experience in the cooperation and management of external agencies
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Profound analytical skill
