Benefits isn't a simple CRUD layer — it's a rich domain with multi‑tenant configurations, eligibility rules that vary by company, country, tax compliance requirements and real‑time state that must always be consistent. Own the Core Domain Model : Design and evolve the backend services that define how benefits work — plans, entitlements, limits, and eligibility — ensuring the model stays clean, consistent, and extensible as we grow into new markets and product lines.

Tame Business Complexity : Translate intricate, multi‑country regulatory and business rules into robust, maintainable code. You'll work closely with Product and Operations to model edge cases that matter in the real world.
