What You'll Do

You will partner closely with the General Manufacturing Business Line Lead (Topic Leader),



reporting to the Practice Area Offer Senior Director and working alongside the Operations Practice Area Management Team, sector leaders, and client-serving teams worldwide. In this global role, you will shape, evolve, and scale BCG's Manufacturing offer, helping ensure it remains differentiated, commercially relevant, and aligned with client priorities.

Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives, align senior stakeholders across a global matrix organization, and lead complex workstreams through influence to accelerate offer development, commercialization, and business impact.
Partner with Manufacturing leadership to define and evolve the global offer strategy, portfolio, value proposition, and roadmap.
Monitor market trends, client demand, competitive offerings, and emerging priorities to identify growth opportunities and guide offer evolution.
