Position Details

The position is based in the Barcelona office,

Job Responsibilities

Build, lead, and support a high‑performing team of engineers.
Encourage a culture of ownership, experimentation, and learning within the team.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to help engineers grow in their roles.
Ensure that engineering work aligns with technical and business requirements.
Collaborate with product managers and other teams to drive product development.
Implement and maintain engineering processes and best practices.
Drive improvements in engineering effectiveness and quality.
Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Significant experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Excellent managerial and organizational skills.
