The Field Market Access Senior Manager will report to the Market Access Senior Director and is responsible for developing and executing regional market access strategies to support reimbursement preparedness, regional access planning, and successful implementation of market access objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Regional Stakeholder Engagement:

Develop and maintain relationships with regional healthcare stakeholders, including health authorities, evaluation bodies, healthcare managers, hospital decision‑makers, and other relevant stakeholders; represent the company in compliant interactions; identify opportunities and challenges that may influence access and implementation.
Market Access Strategy & Reimbursement Preparedness:





Contribute regional insights and intelligence to support national market access strategy; monitor regional perspectives relevant to reimbursement, healthcare policy and access decision‑making; identify potential access barriers and provide recommendations to strengthen access planning and value communication.
Regional Access Planning & Implementation:

Map regional access pathways, evaluation processes and implementation requirements; develop regional access plans aligned with national objectives; support implementation of reimbursement decisions at regional and local levels; facilitate understanding of regional adoption processes.
Policy Monitoring & Business Insights:

Monitor healthcare policy, funding frameworks and access‑related developments; analyze trends and assess potential impact on market access strategy; generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders; contribute to launch readiness, forecasting and business planning activities.
