Sika Spain is looking for an IT Manager, located in Alcobendas. The person will be responsible for managing IT operations, ERP/SAP support, infrastructure, business applications, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment between IT and business objectives. The role will lead Corporate, Regional & Area IT initiative rollouts across Spain, with a strong focus on Power BI, AI initiatives, automation, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement. The idóneo candidate will be a hands‑on IT professional who combines strong support fundamentals with a builder mindset. Someone comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with a high degree of autonomy, able to balance day‑to‑day support with longer‑term improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation / Power BI / AI Initiatives

Drive digital transformation initiatives across the business. Lead Power BI reporting, dashboards, and data analytics projects. Support AI and automation initiatives to improve business efficiency and decision‑making.



Identify opportunities for process optimization through technology solutions.
ERP / SAP Support

Manage ERP/SAP support, enhancements, troubleshooting, and user coordination. Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement of ERP processes.
Project Management

Lead IT projects from planning through implementation and support. Manage timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication. Ensure successful rollout of corporate and regional IT initiatives across Spain.
Team Management & IT Operations

Manage day‑to‑day IT operations and user support activities. Management of local Business IT personnel (hiring, developing, performance appraisal, corrective actions, terminations). Lead and develop the IT team while ensuring high service standards. Handle major IT incidents, escalations, and problem resolution.
