We are looking for a Pricing and Analysis Manager to lead our pricing strategy, manage a team of analysts and collaborate across departments to maximize profitability and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals, market conditions, and customer value.

Conduct market and competitive analysis to assess pricing trends, competitor positioning and customer behavior.

Build and maintain pricing tools, frameworks and discount structures to support strategic decisions.

Partner with sales, marketing, finance and product teams to ensure pricing consistency and alignment.

Analyze pricing metrics such as revenue, margin and elasticity to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities.

Recommend pricing adjustments, bundling strategies and value‑added services to enhance profitability.





Assist in developing pricing proposals and negotiating contracts while balancing revenue goals and client satisfaction.

Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Work with product and finance teams to evaluate pricing tiers and optimize portfolio performance.

Ensure adherence to pricing regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management or related roles.

Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling and financial techniques.

Experience with pricing software and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
