Key Job Responsibilities

Manage the implementation and delivery of inbound capacity and equipment through all deployment stages, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of data center technicians and operators, providing coaching, documentation, and clear performance expectations.

Design, refine, and implement processes and standards that optimize operational excellence, drive automation opportunities, and reduce delivery cycle times.

Coordinate team resources across projects of varying sizes, including emergency initiatives, change management, and maintenance window support.





Establish and maintain compliance with industry best practices, required service level agreements, and Amazon performance management requirements.
