Data Engineer
Last month, haddock processed +400,000 documents and our AI workforce consumed +15 billion tokens, all running on data. Clean, structured, reliable data is what makes everything else possible. And we’re just getting started.

This is a key hire. We’re looking for a senior Data Engineer who will own and build our data infrastructure from scratch. Someone ambitious, analytical, and deeply AI-native who moves fast and understands that great data infrastructure is what unlocks great AI.

Who are we?
haddock is the AI-powered back-office for restaurants. We started as a system of record (inventories, purchases, invoices, bank reconciliation, P&L; reports) and turned it into the harness where our AI workforce lives. They run 24/7, doing the heavy operational work so restaurateurs can focus on what they do best.

Right now, that infrastructure doesn’t exist. You’ll build it from scratch, and own it.
