Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Blue Prism Developer with strong experience in SAP automation to join a global automation initiative. The idóneo candidate will have deep expertise in Blue Prism development, support, and production maintenance, combined with hands‑on experience automating processes in SAP GUI, SAP ECC, and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. This role requires a highly autonomous professional capable of designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise‑grade automations while ensuring performance, scalability, and operational stability.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism

Develop SAP automations across SAP GUI, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA environments

Support production environments and provide ongoing maintenance

Manage and monitor automations through Blue Prism Control Room

Implement robust exception handling and logging mechanisms





Perform troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for automation incidents

Optimize performance and ensure automation scalabilityCollaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities

Follow Blue Prism development standards and best practices

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Blue Prism Developer

Strong experience with SAP automation

Experience automating processes in SAP GUI, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Expertise in Blue Prism Development, Control Room, Exception Handling, Production Support, Monitoring and Logging, Performance Optimization

Strong understanding of enterprise automation best practices

Fluent English (mandatory)

Nice to Have

SQL knowledge for data extraction and troubleshooting

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform

Experience working with APIs and enterprise integration environments

Understanding of SAP business processes
