In this role you will bridge business needs and technology within Core IS, focusing on Business Analysis practices to drive value-driven outcomes. You will shape and improve BA methods, support the CIN demand process, and align deliverables with business objectives. You’ll promote agile practices, manage planning and prioritization, and collaborate with leaders to maintain the Consumer Intelligence roadmap. This position offers hands-on delivery in a dynamic, tech-forward environment with opportunities to influence cross-functional solutions.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Guide Consumer Intelligence teams through the full lifecycle of demands, solutions, and enhancements
• Define and improve Business Analysis methods and tools to translate needs into value-driven specifications and support end-to-end delivery including UAT
• Promote agile practices across Consumer Intelligence, including planning, grooming, and backlog management
• Drive CIN demand process: intake, business assessments, prioritization, and cross-team distribution
• Maintain the Consumer Intelligence roadmap with leadership,



delivering value-aligned solutions
• Collaborate with Stakeholders on cost/effort estimates for new solutions and improvements
• Ensure CIN work adheres to ABB Regulations, Guidelines, Values, and Internal Control requirements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor/master's degree in technical discipline or related fields (preferred Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems)
• 5+ years in Business Analysis, preferably IT/Engineering/Analytics
• 5+ years in both Agile and Predictive environments; SCRUM certification a plus
• Excellent xqbhyrx communication and leadership with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with AI technologies (LLMs, ML, Data Science) a strong plus
• Knowledge of ETL, Process Mining tools, SQL, Python, or MATLAB a strong plus
• ITIL 4 Foundation desirable; experience with ITSM (ServiceNow) and project management principles advantageous
