As Digital Transformation Program Manager for Spain, drive strategic roadmaps and execution for Google for Education in Spain. You will align cross-functional teams with regional Education goals and manage end-to-end programs that accelerate technology adoption in schools and institutions. You’ll work closely with government and institutional leaders to remove blockers, manage risks, and shape adoption at scale. This is a high-impact role that combines pedagogical insight with program excellence to advance digital transformation in education.

• Serve as trusted advisor to institutional and government leaders to address deployment blockers, manage resources, and mitigate program risks
• Manage scaled adoption programs, local networks, and lighthouse initiatives
• Track OKRs and synthesize customer insights to improve programs and inform product roadmaps

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in business program management, xqbhyrx project management, educational technology, or technology adoption initiatives
• Experience managing end-to-end program roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating with executive stakeholders
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently
