Experteer Overview
As a Data Scientist at Roche, you will lead and deploy data-driven solutions that accelerate healthcare innovation. You’ll balance hands-on AI development with strategic content leadership to modernize clinical data and submission assets. You work across cross-functional teams to translate analytics into actionable insights in a regulated, GxP environment. This role offers hybrid work, with in-office collaboration two days per week, and a chance to contribute to life-changing healthcare outcomes.

• Lead, develop and deploy data-driven solutions from concept to deployment to solve business challenges
• Build and optimize AI capabilities and agentic AI workflows in a regulated environment
• Independently identify analytical opportunities and solve complex data problems with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with business units to translate findings into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Drive medium-sized data science projects that influence key business decisions
• Model data and optimize algorithms for large, complex datasets




• Contribute to the team's technical roadmap balancing hands-on work with leadership
• Develop tools and automation (e.g., debugging assistants) to streamline clinical programming

Responsabilidades
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, and end-to-end deployment
• Advanced Python and R programming skills; familiarity with SAS preferred
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AWS AgentCore, MCP servers)
• Strong knowledge of LLMOps and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods
• Experience in statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and data visualization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical partners
