Experteer Overview
As a Data Steward Lead in Pharma Tech Ops, you will build and lead a center-wide data stewardship program to enable governance and high-quality data across PT domains. You will coordinate data stewards and data owners, ensuring general standards are adopted and data issues are resolved. You will act as the domain SPOC for governance challenges, drive metadata management, and align data practices with business objectives. This role sits at the core of Roche’s digital transformation, shaping how data supports healthcare outcomes at scale.

• Own and mobilize a network of domain Data Stewards and Data Owners to implement global data governance policies and standards
• Serve as the single point of contact for data governance needs within a PT domain (Supply Chain u0026 Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Development, or Manufacturing u0026 CDMO)
• Define and enforce clear data stewardship roles and accountabilities within and across domains
• Translate and ensure compliance with global standards, policies, and frameworks in the domain




• Identify data constraints and data integrity issues and develop remediation strategies for source systems
• Act as the business process owner overseeing data governance to align with business objectives
• Collaborate with Data Stewards to implement metadata management processes and establish data dictionaries, glossaries, and cataloguing tools

Responsabilidades
• 7-10+ years of data stewardship experience with leadership in a complex organization
• Strong domain expertise in Pharma Tech Ops domains or related industries (Supply Chain u0026 Finance, Quality u0026 Regulatory, Development, or Manufacturing u0026 CDMO)
• Bachelor in Computer Science or Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Strong expertise in data governance standards, policy, data flow, and data quality; data-driven with analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels; demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
