Experteer Overview
In this role you bridge business needs with an AI engineering team to craft production-ready AI roadmaps. You will orchestrate delivery from PoC to scalable production, align cross-functional stakeholders, and shield the team from scope creep. You’ll discuss technical feasibility with engineers and ensure decisions create real business value within a integral, sustainability-minded organization.

• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Security to ensure feasible, scalable solutions

• Identify project risks early and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned with clear progress





Responsabilidades
• 3-4 years in Project/Product Management
• 3-4 years focusing on AI, ML, or data-driven software solutions
• Solid foundation in AI/ML concepts and ability to engage in technical discussions
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions from prototype to production using Agile/Scrum
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to align senior executives with teams
• Professional fluency in English; French is highly preferred
