As Senior Infrastructure Engineer in Barcelona, you will own and optimize critical production systems to ensure reliable, high-performing services for customers. You’ll operate within a measurable, KPI-driven ops environment and collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams to meet non-functional requirements. You’ll drive automation, observe AI-assisted capabilities, and improve incident response. This role places you at the heart of scalable, secure infrastructure in a globally distributed setting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Operate global production infrastructure with high availability and performance for customer-facing services
• Own incidents end-to-end with rapid resolution and clear stakeholder communication
• Improve SLA adherence, MTTR, and operational KPIs in a measurable framework
• Troubleshoot cross-platform issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud
• Advance monitoring, alerting, and observability practices
• Identify and implement automation (Infrastructure as Code, scripting, tooling)
• Contribute to AI-assisted operations and intelligent automation where applicable
• Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering,



and Security to meet availability, performance, scalability, and security requirements
• Ensure governance and ISO 27001-related security controls
• Maintain runbooks and documentation for operational readiness
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation

Responsabilidades
• 3 to 5 years in infrastructure/platform operations roles
• Experience with on-premise enterprise infrastructure
• Experience in measurable operations environments (SLAs, KPIs, incident management)
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Troubleshooting across Linux/Windows, virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes) xqbhyrx
• Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Scripting or programming (Python, Bash)
• Exposure to AI/automation tooling in operations
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing)
• ITIL or SRE-based operational model experience
