Your Main Responsibilities

- Acquisition and sale of properties
- Valuation and presentation of properties




- Professional and consistent client support
- Implementation of sales and marketing activities

Your Profile

- Several years of experience in sales and/or the service sector
- Prior sales experience in real estate is a plus
- Permanent residence on the island
- Own vehicle and valid driving license
- Good knowledge of the island and region is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, good Spanish skills a must
- Proficient in MS Office
- Affinity and enthusiasm for real estate
- Good manners, a confident and friendly demeanor, and a strong service orientation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, independent, and structured way of working
- High level of commitment and team orientation
- "Hands-on" mentality and personal initiative
- Goal-oriented approach and negotiation skills
