As a QA leader, you define and own the end-to-end quality strategy across mobile, backend, and integrations to ensure production readiness at global scale. You work across teams to embed quality early, scale automation, and govern quality metrics that translate into business impact. You align with DevOps and tech leads to validate quality through CI/CD and release gates, while prioritizing GDPR-compliant test data and environments. This role offers a strategic, impact-driven path to shape a robust QA culture within Allianz Technology.

• Define and own end-to-end QA strategy across mobile, backend, and integrations, including release gates, KPIs, and quality standards
• Build and scale automation frameworks for mobile UI, integration, and contract testing
• Champion shift-left practices through early lifecycle involvement (refinement, API reviews, Definition of Done)
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps and tech leads for continuous quality validation
• Define and manage test environments and test data strategy with GDPR compliance and reliability
• Lead non-functional testing (performance, accessibility, localization)

• Drive quality governance, reporting, and continuous improvement via KPIs, defect analysis, and production feedback loops

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience in software QA with leadership in complex, distributed environments
• Proven track record building QA frameworks and automation in mobile app ecosystems (iOS u0026 Android)
• Strong experience with test automation, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and QA tooling (TestRail, Xray)
• Solid understanding of risk-based testing, non-functional testing, and large-scale release management
• Experience working with distributed teams, external vendors, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong technical background (automation, APIs, cloud environments) with a strategic mindset
• Excellent English communication, translating quality data into actionable business insights
