As Head of Lifecycle Marketing, you own the CRM strategy and lead a small team to drive customer engagement, onboarding, activation, and retention. You will coordinate with tech, data, design, and brand to create scalable, personalized campaigns across email, push, and in-app messages. Your work shapes lifecycle optimization and customer lifetime value through data-driven experimentation. This is a chance to impact growth in a fast-paced, global food-delivery environment.

• Develop and own the CRM automation strategy across all lifecycle stages (onboarding, engagement, reactivation, retention)
• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app messaging)
• Lead and develop a team of 3 lifecycle specialists
• Collaborate with tech, data, design, and brand to ensure scalable lifecycle strategies
• Leverage new technologies for process optimization and precise user segmentation




• Use analytics and user behavior data to improve messaging and overall strategy for higher CLV
• Experiment with new ideas and stay current on lifecycle marketing trends and tools

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in lifecycle marketing or CRM with strong segmentation and automated journeys
• 3+ years working with analysts/data teams
• Experience managing a team of CRM specialists
• Familiarity with CRM operations and systems to assess opportunities/downsides
• Strategic xqbhyrx mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management
• Problem solving, results-driven attitude, fast learner, hands-on attitude
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or equivalent; Master’s advantageous
