As Field Engineering Manager for the Nordics, you lead a diverse pre-sales Solutions Architect and Engineer team to shape data-driven, value-focused solutions for enterprise customers. You partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to accelerate digital transformation, drive growth, and uphold an inclusive, high-performing culture. You act as a strategic advisor, aligning technology with business outcomes and strengthening customer engagement. This role centers on leadership, collaboration, and delivering impactful solutions.

Responsabilidades
• Experience leading or managing technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments or equivalent hands-on engineering/consulting background
• Proven coaching and development of diverse, high-performing teams xqbhyrx
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional leaders
• Knowledge of how Emerging Enterprises, Startups and Digital Native businesses operate is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional English; knowledge of a Nordic language a plus
• Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science; enthusiasm for data, AI, and cloud technologies and connecting them to business outcomes
