KeyResponsibilities

- Actasthebusinessandperformancepointofcontactforassignedclients

- ManageonboardingofnewclientsandensuretheirproficiencyontheSaaSplatform

- Supportclientsinimplementingandoptimizingdigitalcampaigns(mainlylocalcampaigns)

- Providerecommendationsonmedia,budgets,andacquisitionchannels

- Manageclientportfolioperformance,renewals,andinvestmentgrowth





- MonitorbusinessandmediaKPIs(ROI,leads,conversionrates,clientsatisfaction)

- Relayanddeploynationaloperationsacrossretailnetworks

- CollaboratecloselywithSales,Tech,andOperationsteams
