We are looking for a Key Account Managers for the Polish and German Markets to join an international sustainability and environmental markets organization.

This role offers the opportunity to build long-term commercial relationships while helping companies meet their environmental obligations. The successful candidate will manage the full sales process, negotiate agreements, and contribute directly to the transition towards a more sustainable economy.

What will you do?
- Develop and manage relationships with companies operating in the Polish market.
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within environmental and emissions markets.




- Negotiate and close agreements with prospective and existing clients.
- Present environmental assets and solutions that support clients in meeting their environmental obligations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement to negotiation and closing.
- Build strong, long-term professional and commercial relationships.
- Work towards clearly defined commercial objectives and contribute to the continued growth of the trading division.
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to organizations navigating the transition towards climate neutrality.

Requirements
- Native-level Polish OR German.
- High level of English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional and commercial relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset and the ability to work towards ambitious objectives.
