Accountabilities:





The Head of SEO and AI Visibility will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive global search strategy while driving innovation in AI-powered discovery. The role requires a balance of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and close collaboration across teams to deliver sustainable organic growth.
- Own and execute the general SEO strategy across technical SEO, content, on-page optimization, and off-page initiatives to increase organic visibility, qualified traffic, and revenue impact.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEO specialists and external contributors by setting objectives, establishing processes, and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Define and prioritize the SEO roadmap based on business goals, including revenue growth, organic performance metrics, and AI visibility indicators such as citations, mentions, and brand presence in AI search.
