Consumer Travel & Lifestyle Consultant – Permanent Contract – Italian, English & Spanish Speaker | Full-Time Night Shifts
Join our Consumer Travel team as a Travel & Lifestyle Consultant, where you will deliver exceptional service and personalized travel solutions to our Premium Card Members. In this role, you will manage a wide variety of travel and lifestyle requests, providing end-to-end support, expert guidance, and tailored recommendations while delivering the premium service experience American Express is known for.
This is a permanent, full-time,



fully virtual position, giving you the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Spain. As part of our overnight operation, you will work rotating night shifts to ensure continuous service coverage and business continuity.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional travel and lifestyle servicing to Premium Card Members, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to world-class customer experience.
- Manage travel reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and a broad range of travel and lifestyle requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide proactive, personalized solutions while confidently handling complex or time-sensitive travel situations.
- Build strong relationships with Card Members by understanding their individual needs and delivering tailored recommendations.
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions
