This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to lead complex payroll implementations across the Netherlands and Belgium within a global, remote-first environment. In this role, you will oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring compliant, accurate, and seamless payroll transitions for international clients. Working closely with customers, payroll experts, software providers, and cross-functional teams, you'll combine deep local expertise with strong project management skills to deliver successful go-lives. You'll also contribute to process improvements, mentor colleagues, and help shape scalable payroll operations. Accountabilities




- Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects for the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely client onboarding.
- Act as the subject matter expert for local payroll legislation and processes across both Employer of Record (EOR) and Global Payroll services.
- Participate in client discovery sessions, sales handovers, project kick-offs, and implementation planning to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including configuration, payroll data validation, parallel runs, first live payroll, and operational handover.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, payroll software providers, and internal stakeholders throughout each implementation.
- Configure and validate payroll data within payroll systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and business requirements.
