This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Microsoft 365 professional to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of a modern digital workplace across a global organization. In this role, you will take ownership of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, driving collaboration, productivity, security, and user adoption through a structured and business-focused approach. You'll work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to implement scalable governance frameworks, champion AI-powered capabilities, and deliver meaningful workplace improvements. Combining technical expertise with change management, you'll ensure new technologies are adopted successfully while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. Accountabilities
- Own the roadmap,



strategy, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Copilot, Entra ID, and related collaboration services.
- Design, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, policies, naming conventions, and best practices to ensure a scalable, secure, and compliant Microsoft 365 environment.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot by identifying valuable business use cases, measuring adoption, and optimizing user experiences based on feedback.
- Establish and manage information protection and compliance initiatives using Microsoft Purview, including data loss prevention (DLP), sensitivity labels, retention policies, and governance controls.
- Oversee collaboration tools, integrations, permissions, applications, and productivity features to optimize the digital workplace experience.
