We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to lead the successful delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects based in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process for utility-scale Solar PV and BESS EPC projects.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project schedules, budgets, and company objectives.

Manage the procurement of major electrical, mechanical, civil,



and balance-of-plant equipment, including:
PV Modules
Inverters
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Medium Voltage & High Voltage equipment
Transformers
Switchgear
SCADA & Communication Systems
Mounting Structures
Cables
Civil and Mechanical materials

Prepare RFQs, tender documentation, commercial evaluations, bid comparison reports, and procurement recommendations.
Lead technical and commercial negotiations with international suppliers and subcontractors.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with integral manufacturers and key suppliers.
Evaluate supplier capabilities, manufacturing capacity, pricing, delivery performance, quality standards, and financial stability.
Coordinate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams throughout the procurement lifecycle.
Monitor supplier manufacturing schedules, inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT),
