The EMEA Customer Experience Marketing Trainee will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, scientific education, and commercial effectiveness across the EMEA region. Working closely with the Customer Experience Marketing team, the trainee will contribute to the planning, coordination, and implementation of customer-facing programs and events.

What your responsibilities will be




- Support the team in the organization and execution of scientific and educational events, customer workshops, webinars, congresses, and Grifols flagship initiatives across EMEA.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, communication assets, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Support the creation, localization, and distribution of educational and promotional content for affiliates and distributors. Management with external agencies.
- Assist in the management of digital communication initiatives, including email campaigns, event communications, and customer follow-up programs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs and Marketing, to ensure alignment of marketing activities.
