At Ayvens we have an opening for a medior User Researcher

What are you going to do?
As our new (Medior) User Researcher, you will be responsible for driving user-centered decision making across our digital products by planning, executing, and communicating high-quality research that informs design and product strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research across the product lifecycle
- Translating research findings into clear, actionable insights for product and design teams
- Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape product direction and vision
- Selecting appropriate research methods (e.g. interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics) based on research questions
- Creating and maintaining research documentation, repositories, and insight tracking




- Advocating for user needs and embedding a user-centered mindset across the organization
- Supporting and mentoring designers and product teams in conducting lightweight research

Who are we looking for?
The adecuado candidate has the experience and interpersonal skills necessary to gather user insights, translate these into meaningful product improvements and effectively collaborate across teams and geographies. Aside from being a skilled researcher, you are curious, proactive, and passionate about understanding user behavior.
You will have relevant experience in a similar role, holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in user research within a multi-domain digital product environment
- Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to effectively plan and execute studies
