IE University´s Business School invites qualified candidates in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management to apply for tenure-track positions for its graduate and undergraduate programs. The positions are at the Assistant Professor level in the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, beginning September 2027.

We are looking for candidates who can complement and enhance our existing research and teaching capabilities in the areas of strategic human capital, leadership, organizational behavior and the future of work. Candidates should have the potential to develop high-quality research, which can be published in top-tier peer-reviewed journals. They will have the opportunity to interact and work closely with faculty from their department as well as other departments.

English is the main language of instruction and institutional communication. Spanish is neither required nor expected.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
