About the role

At TheFork, our Top Chef team partners with some of the most prestigious restaurants in Spain, including Michelin-starred and fine dining venues.
As a Top Chef Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term strategic relationships with a portfolio of premium restaurants,



helping them maximize the value of TheFork ecosystem while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is not a traditional Account Management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, navigating sophisticated customer needs and becoming a trusted advisor for some of the most demanding hospitality businesses.

What you will do:
- Manage a portfolio of Michelin-starred and premium restaurants across Spain.
- Build trusted relationships with owners, restaurant managers and decision makers.
- Drive adoption of TheFork products and functionalities to maximize customer success.
- Identify opportunities to increase product penetration and revenue growth.
- Reduce churn by proactively identifying risks and delivering tailored action plans.
- Become the main point of contact for operational, commercial and product-related topics.
- Coordinate with Product, Support, Operations and Sales teams to resolve complex customer issues.
