En Restaurante Tendiez,



buscamos un/a Cocinero/a apasionado/a por la gastronomía y el detalle, con mentalidad de equipo y orientación a la excelencia. Reportando al Chef de Partie y al Sous Chef, tu misión será garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la partida asignada, asegurando la máxima calidad, consistencia y presentación en cada servicio, a la altura de nuestros clientes más exigentes.
MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:
- Ofrecer de forma constante un servicio cualificado, cálido y proactivo, colaborando con el equipo para asegurar un servicio fluido.
- Participar en la preparación, elaboración y pase de platos para carta y/o buffet, siguiendo recetas, fichas técnicas y estándares del hotel.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria (APPCC), aplicándolas de forma práctica en el día a día.
- Mantener en perfecto estado de limpieza y orden las áreas de trabajo, utensilios y equipos, respetando
