Your role:

We are looking for a Buyer to build and own THEKER's purchasing function from the ground up.
THEKER builds physical robots. That means a continuous flow of electronic components, mechanical parts, sensors, cables,



and custom hardware, often with tight timelines and no room for supply failure. Right now, purchasing is distributed across the engineering team. Your job is to change that.
You will create structure: qualify and manage suppliers, drive cost discipline, reduce lead times, and ensure the right components are available when the engineering and integration teams need them. You will work directly with Mechanical, Electronics, and Robotics Integration engineers on sourcing decisions, BOM management, and component availability, becoming the operational backbone of everything we build.

What we’re looking for
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience as a buyer, category buyer, or procurement specialist, ideally in automotive, industrial, or electronics/hardware manufacturing.
