YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls
- Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, as well as closing reservations
- Verify customer information and provide related assistance
- Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section
- Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries
- Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements

YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Customer Orientation You have an excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs,



ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction
- Language Proficiency Fluent in German and English additional languages such as Spanish French Italian or Dutch are a plus
- Effective Communication You possess skills to communicate clearly and persuasively, facilitating understanding and collaboration
- Flexibility You can adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment, including availability for night shifts
- Teamwork You collaborate effectively with other team members, contributing to an international and dynamic environment that fosters cooperation
