As the first dedicated IT Support Specialist, you will take ownership of the support queue and become the trusted point of contact for employees across multiple teams and business units. You will provide hands-on assistance with workplace technologies, manage access and device processes, and contribute to improving IT efficiency through automation. Accountabilities
- Own and manage the IT support queue from end to end,



prioritizing and resolving daily requests related to Google Workspace, Mac devices, Chrome, VPN connectivity, remote desktop, and other workplace technologies.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting support while identifying when issues can be resolved through automation versus when manual intervention is required.
- Manage user access processes, permissions reviews, domain configurations, and security-related checks to support effective IT governance.
- Coordinate laptop provisioning and onboarding logistics with external vendors to ensure employees receive the necessary equipment and support across different regions.
