Mission

The IT Quality Technician assists in maintaining the quality system alignment with business objectives,



standards and regulations applicable to computerized systems and software products through the use of quality control and assurance.

What your responsibilities will be
- From the operational perspective, supports the development, documentation, and evolution of IT policies, procedures, and tools to align with business and IT strategies and ensure sustainability of services.
- Develops an increasing level of experience in technical and professional skills required to perform assigned job duties.
- Regularly communicates individual task status, open issues, and challenges to impacted stakeholders and/or direct manager.
- Supports the development of quality plans which are aligned with business objectives, standards and applicable regulations with IT systems and software products that fulfill requirements.
- Helps to ensure systems and functionality quality, legal, and regulatory compliance throughout lifecycle; monitors adherence to
