Sales Associate HUGO Factory Outlet Malaga 30h (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Sales Associate for our HUGO Outlet located in Málaga; C/ Alfoso Ponce de León 6. 7-8, 29004 Malaga.
- 30 hours per week, from monday to saturday.
- Permanent Contract.
- Previous Experiences as a Sales Associate ( Experience in Outlet or high-volume sales areas in retail highly valued).
- Spanish High Level.
- French or Arabic High Level.




- Starting in Early September.

- Follow all provided Collection Training & VM Guidelines
- Support to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment
- Support in all merchandise related processes (e.g. deliveries & returns)
- Support in all stock take & cycle counts related processes

Performance
- Be familiar with all company store & individual KPI’s & targets
- Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity
- Supporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management
- Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets

- Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers
