In this role you will support cost management for data centre construction in Madrid, helping to plan, budget, report costs, and monitor variations. You will collaborate with client teams and planning groups to ensure effective cost control across project phases. This is a growth role with increasing responsibility on strategic commissions and high-profile projects within a global firm.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for MEP works
• Review and analyze contractor and supplier quotations
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, variations, and change orders
• Support procurement and tendering activities
• Prepare regular cost reports and track project KPIs
• Progressively assume more project responsibilities for construction cost management




• Serve as a competent contact person and advisor, fostering collaboration with client-side departments and planning teams

Responsabilidades
• degree related to real estate or engineering (Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or similar)
• initial practical experience in project management or project controls for complex building construction xqbhyrx projects
• proficient in MS Office and MS Project
• analytical and interconnected thinking with ability to develop optimal solutions
• excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English
