In this role you will drive adoption and value realization of AI integration capabilities across Santander entities. You will translate country needs into structured plans, business cases and KPIs, coordinating with product engineering, AI teams and stakeholders worldwide. You’ll maintain the opportunity pipeline and deliver executive materials that track impact. This is a transformation role that combines strategy, governance and hands-on delivery to unlock measurable value.

• Roll out AI Integration u0026 Migration capabilities across countries; coordinate workshops, capture requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, track actions and prepare decisions
• Maintain and qualify opportunity pipeline with prioritization, blockers, owners, next steps and expected value
• Build and maintain business cases covering baselines, savings, costs, value drivers, risks and KPIs for adoption, productivity and benefits
• Translate country needs and feedback into product backlog and roadmap inputs; collaborate with product engineering, AI specialists and solution architecture
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering, DevOps, architecture, cybersecurity, and country teams to resolve adoption issues and maintain momentum
• Prepare concise, decision-oriented materials for product reviews and senior stakeholders; include dashboards and value-realization reports




• Help countries identify AI-enabled opportunities and support benefits governance to ensure credible, comparable impact

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of experience in product management, technology transformation, strategic delivery, business architecture, PMO, consulting or value management
• Experience driving adoption of technology capabilities across multiple stakeholders, teams, countries or business areas
• Experience preparing business cases, KPI frameworks, benefits tracking, executive dashboards or value-realization materials
• Experience coordinating stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations
• Experience in banking, financial services, Santander/SDS tech areas or another regulated environment
• Experience xqbhyrx with global teams or multi-geography stakeholders and startup-style product operating models
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Relevant certifications in product management, agile, project/program management, cloud, finance, transformation or AI/data
• Languages: English full professional proficiency; Spanish working proficiency (preferred)
