In this role you help client teams deliver tangible maintenance impact within BCG Vantage’s embedded, asset-centric offering. You will work with general case teams to design tailored maintenance solutions, build reusable IP and tools, and support go-to-market efforts. You’ll travel to client sites, mentor junior colleagues, and help expand the Maintenance topic’s asset knowledge and digital assets. You’ll combine hands-on problem solving with strategic content creation to drive client value and practice growth.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Deliver hands-on client impact through case staffing and onsite work with case teams on maintenance challenges
• Build and codify maintenance knowledge assets, frameworks, and IP to support case teams and the broader practice




• Support maintenance topic go-to-market efforts in partnership with Operations leadership
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues based on topic/sector expertise
• Travel to client locations as needed to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Contribute to development of Maintenance topic’s IP, data solutions, and digital tools

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of consulting experience in Maintenance, Operations, or related industrial/asset-intensive xqbhyrx field (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities with analytical rigor
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for global collaboration
• Deep expertise in Maintenance, Asset Management, Reliability, or related domains
