In this role you drive European therapy development initiatives with a focus on patient activation and HCP engagement to optimize care pathways. You will partner with commercial teams to equip referring clinicians with compelling, accurate materials and to advance education and outreach. You’ll coordinate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Digital, and field teams, delivering impactful digital and in-person engagement while tailoring approaches to local markets. You help shape patient outcomes by aligning strategy, content, and campaigns with therapy development goals.

• Lead European therapy development initiatives focusing on patient activation and pathway optimization.
• Partner with commercial field teams to strengthen HCP engagement and equip them with tools and messaging.




• Own and optimize HCP engagement strategies across multiple interaction models (educational sessions, referral events, field activities).
• Develop, adapt, and deploy marketing and educational assets ensuring scientific accuracy and audience tailoring.
• Drive digital engagement initiatives (newsletter campaigns, ongoing HCP communications) aligned with therapy development goals. xqbhyrx
• Act as a coordination hub across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Digital, Field Excellence, and local country teams.
• Serve as the main contact for assigned European markets, supporting local teams and ensuring consistent execution while adapting to local needs

Responsabilidades
• University degree with strong experience in marketing/therapy development/HCP engagement or related life sciences roles (e.g., sales, clinical, field marketing)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
